You'll also be given dietary and lifestyle recommendations as well a specific meal and fitness plan to follow using our online or on-the-go, EZDietPlannner & FitnessTracker™. Dietary supplements from our Essentials nutrition line will be recommended at that time as well.

 Health & Nutrition Consultation: On your first visit, you'll be evaluated by a healthcare provider who will act as your wellness coach and create your personalized Eat Smart, Stay Fit™ Plan. The factors considered in developing this program include your age, sex, medical conditions and overall health goals. |

  Body Fat & Performance Testing:Specialized testing including metabolic rate and body composition will be performed to determine your lean muscle mass as well as your percent body fat to help us determine your daily caloric needs as well as what exercise and diet program is best to help you reach your health and performance goals. |

 Custom Designed Meal & Fitness Plan You Can Follow Online:To help improve your overall health, your prgram will begin with the Cleanse21™ Real Foods Detox followed by a custom diet and fitness plan. You'll also be given a private username and passcode to our online EZDietPlanner & Fitness Tracker™ to help make following your program easier. Simply log in each day from your computer or smart phone device to log your meals, activites and changes in weight. |

I just wanted to say I love this Antiaging Skin Care line. I've spent so much money on skin care products that did not work, left my skin either greasy or dried out.
This line has improved the texture and lines on my face. The first night I used the glycolic cleanser it did such a great job of exfoliating skin. I was skeptical at first thinking here we go again, but the results were great!! The Retinol helped my large pores improve and diminish in size. The cream is not greasy, won't clog your pores.
